Straight forward, honest, no hidden charges and easy access to my sales representative are all consumer friendly buzz words but rarely found in the reality of dealing with uniform rental companies. I switched from a very large national uniform rental company to Spic and Span because they do what they say they are going to do. They are also very competitively priced helping me to reduce my uniform rental expenditures by 40% from what I was paying my national provider. I endured everything from ever escalating fees only exceeding by the imagination of the rental company to come up with new fee names. Hazmat, environmental, disposal, waste water, fuel surcharge and delivery are just some of the fees I endured. At Spic and Span, there are none. You pay your agreed upon rental charge and that's it.
